Private bathroom and kitchenette in every room

The guesthouse at Miersdorfer Chaussee 13 in Zeuthen is set up for fitters, contract workers, project staff and weekly commuters — for people who work in the region for a few weeks or months and want their peace and quiet after the shift. The decisive difference from a classic shared workers‘ hostel: every one of the four furnished units has its own bathroom and its own kitchenette. No queuing in the morning, no shared kitchen after a long shift, and you never have to rely on somebody else leaving a communal kitchen clean.

If you travel on your own, you get a single room. Two people who belong together take the apartment. In total the guesthouse sleeps up to five people.

Included in the price: The cooking facilities in the room consist of a fridge, mini oven, hotplate and kettle; crockery, pots and pans are there. Pillow, duvet and bed linen are provided, a change of bed linen included. A washing machine is available for shared use, plus vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. Public parking is available.

For companies and longer assignments

We make out the invoice directly to your company — please state the company name and the billing address when you enquire. The minimum stay is seven nights, so bookings run by the week. The prices quoted apply to a stay of up to one month; if your assignment runs longer, they are negotiable — discounts are possible from the second month onwards. If you need to accommodate several employees over a longer period, simply enquire directly stating the dates and the number of people; then you get a concrete quote instead of a list price.

No. Pillow, duvet and bed linen are provided, and so is a change of bed linen. Only towels you need to bring yourself.

Can I wash my work clothes?

Yes. There is a washing machine for shared use, plus iron, ironing board and clothes airer.
