Who this apartment is for

The workers‘ apartment at Hauptstr. 15 in 15518 Heinersdorf (municipality of Steinhöfel) is let as a whole only: four rooms, nine beds, up to nine people. We do not let single rooms. It is meant for assembly teams and crews who are working in the Fürstenwalde area for weeks or months and need to be housed together.

When you get back from the site in the evening, you and your colleagues have the apartment to yourselves: a separate eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and an additional guest WC. No shared bathroom, and nobody else put in with you. Who sleeps in the apartment is settled when you book. Taking in more people than agreed requires our express permission and is subject to a separate charge; subletting is not permitted.

As an apartment for fitters working around Fürstenwalde, and as a base for assignments at the Tesla Gigafactory, Heinersdorf is a decision about driving time: half an hour on the road in exchange for a lower price. Whether that works with your shift times is something you should work out against your real site address, not against the nearest town.

The apartment is set up for guests arriving in their own vehicle. Parking is available and free of charge for cars; there is no space for a lorry. There are shops, a restaurant, a petrol station and a charging point in the surrounding area — we do not quote distances to them, because we have no verified figures. If you are travelling without your own vehicle, please sort out the last leg from Fürstenwalde with us beforehand.

The beds are single beds, not doubles. Every room has a bed, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a table and chairs. We do not give room sizes in square metres, and we do not say where the three-bed room sits in the floor plan, because we have no verified measurements. If your planning depends on it — because a site manager needs a room to himself, for instance — ask us before you book.

What is included — and what you need to bring

In every room: bed, wardrobe, bedside table, table and chairs. Pillow, duvet, bed linen and a spare set of linen are provided.

Kitchen: a separate eat-in kitchen, fully equipped for self-catering — pots, pans, cutlery and crockery, plus fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

Bathroom: one bathroom with bathtub and shower, plus a separate guest WC.

Laundry and housekeeping: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes airer, cleaning products.

Also: Wi-Fi, a balcony and free car parking. There is no TV.

Please bring yourself: towels — and food, because you cook for yourselves. Work clothes can be washed on site; the washing machine is part of the apartment.

Arrival, payment and house rules

Check-in is possible from 16:00, other times by arrangement. Check-out is by 9:00 on the day of departure at the latest. If your team will not arrive until late, tell us in advance and we will arrange the handover.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. We do not accept debit or credit cards or cheques, and cash is only possible if agreed beforehand. A booking becomes binding only when the payment has arrived — if your assignment starts at short notice, allow for the transfer in your planning. Periods that have been paid for but not used are only refunded if we can re-let them on equivalent terms. So book the period that is realistic and extend later rather than blocking time as a precaution.

Smoking is expressly forbidden in the apartment, as it is in all our accommodation.

For companies and longer assignments

Tell us the dates and the number of people in your enquiry and you will get a quote for the whole apartment instead of a price list. The landlord is amark investment GmbH, Lilienthalstr. 3b, 12529 Schönefeld — so you have a registered contracting party rather than a private sub-letter. The property has also been listed on monteurzimmer.de, pension.de and deinzimmer.de since January 2024; in every case the booking is made directly with us: phone or WhatsApp on +49 176 83429132, or e-mail to info@bb-unterkunft.de.

On the booking portals the same address is entered as “Hauptstraße 15, 15518 Steinhöfel”, that is, without the district name Heinersdorf. It is the same property.

Are electricity, heating and the final clean included in the price?

We settle that in the quote for your dates, so that the answer is binding.

Who this apartment is not for

It is not the right fit for people travelling alone who want a room rather than a whole apartment, for stays of under 14 days, for drivers who need a parking space for a lorry, or for guests who want to smoke indoors. Anyone arriving without their own vehicle should talk the journey through with us before committing to two weeks.
