Four separate apartments, about 10 minutes from Tesla

The house at Große Dorfstraße 15 in Grünheide (Mark) has four separate apartments for a total of up to 17 people. It is set up for fitters, project workers and crews who are working in the Grünheide area for weeks or months. The difference from a room in a shared workers‘ hostel: here you rent a complete, self-contained apartment with its own kitchen and its own bathroom. What happens inside the apartment is up to you and your colleagues — nobody else is put in with you.

Because the four apartments are of different sizes and sit in the same house, this works just as well for two people as it does for a full assembly team. If you need to house a larger crew, you can take several apartments at once and still have everyone at one address. WLAN is included.

Getting to work

The Tesla Gigafactory is about a 10-minute drive away — by bike it takes around 25 minutes, which can be a real advantage with shift work. The EDEKA logistics site in Freienbrink is a short drive away as well. If you are posted around Erkner, Rüdersdorf or Fürstenwalde, this is a convenient base too.

One thing to keep in mind about the prices: an apartment is always let as a whole. The per-person rates apply when the apartment is fully occupied — if fewer people turn up than the apartment holds, the apartment price is split between fewer heads and the price per person goes up accordingly. In that case just send your enquiry with the actual number of people. Minimum stay: 7 nights. Invoices can be issued directly to your company.

What is included — and what you need to bring

Included in the price: bed, wardrobe, bedside table, table and chair in every room. Every apartment has its own kitchen and its own bathroom with shower. The kitchens are fully equipped and have everything you need to cook for yourself — pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. Pillow, duvet and bed linen are provided, including a spare set of linen. WLAN is available. There is also a vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. Parking is available.

Please bring yourself: towels. Nothing else.

For companies and longer assignments

The minimum booking is seven nights. Discounts are possible for long-term stays — if your project runs for months, it is worth asking with your specific dates. Companies that need several apartments at the same time should give us the number of people and the dates; you will then get a quote for the right combination instead of a price list. The invoice can be issued directly to the company.

Frequently asked questions

Can we book the whole house for one team?

Yes. With four apartments and room for up to 17 people the property is well suited to complete assembly teams. Tell us the team size and we will put together the right combination.

Can I rent a single room?

No, the apartments are let as a whole. For people travelling alone, the 1-room apartment for two people is the smallest unit.

What is the minimum stay?

Seven nights.

Does it get cheaper if we stay longer?

Longer stays are welcome and discounts are possible for long-term stays. Send an enquiry with your dates.

Why does the price change with fewer people?

The quoted price applies to a fully occupied apartment. If, for example, only three people stay in an apartment for five, the price per person rises because the apartment is rented as a whole.

Why is the price lower for Apartment 4?

Because with six people it has the highest occupancy. At full occupancy the price per person drops to 18.00 €.

Can you invoice my company?

Yes. Please give us the company name and billing address when you enquire.

Do we have to share a kitchen with strangers?

No. Each of the four apartments has a separate kitchen and its own bathroom with shower.

Is there WLAN?

Yes, WLAN is available.

Do I have to bring bed linen?

No. Pillow, duvet and bed linen are provided, and so is a spare set. You only need to bring your own towels.

Can I wash my work clothes?

Yes, there is a washing machine, plus an iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

How far is it to Tesla really?

About a 10-minute drive. Roughly 25 minutes by bike.
